Deering Pavilion
is an 11-story residential center providing 200 apartments for
persons of 62 years and over or physically handicapped. The ground floor and site provide
a complete social and recreational center for the tenants, and
the community at large.
Although we are on a wooded 7 acres, Deering
Pavilion is in a lively Portland Maine neighborhood, near
all shops and medical areas.
