Each apartment at Deering Pavilion is planned for full comfort. It is equipped with kitchen area, including stove, refrigerator, sink and cabinets, full bath and well lighted areas for living, dining and sleeping. An emergency call system and full heating control are also provided in a bright, cheerful décor. The resident's personal furnishings add more individual interest.

Apartment types are studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. Each apartment floor contains 20 apartments grouped around two shared living areas. (Studio apartments have available storage units)

Two community lounges are located on each floor to provide a shared-living area for use and enjoyment with neighbors. These shared-living areas are common sitting & gathering areas, where the residents play cards, puzzles, or just have coffee and visit together. Each floor becomes it's own neighborhood with neighborly interaction.

Apartments and lounges have a generous view of Deering Pavilion's expansive grounds.
